I am a completely independent freelance secretary working directly for you in French and in English.

I am based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and no matter where you are, if you need work, research, legwork, or personal or business assistance from a Virtual or Real Secretary in Montreal, I can assist you.

RATES AND PAYMENT:

I use Paypal, which allows me to invoice you online, for payment online. And, I guarantee my work.

I have a FLAT RATE of $15 an hour for work done on an hourly basis.

I have a FLAT RATE of 15c a word for translation of French documents into English. Both rates are inclusive of all taxes and in CANADIAN funds.

PRIVACY GUARANTEE: Work done for you by me is entirely confidential.

QUALITY GUARANTEE: If I work for you on your premises, the first day or block of hours is payable that day on completion of those hours. This gives you the opportunity to decide if you need more services, and wish to continue.

If you wish to continue, and the work is done on a daily basis, it will be billable and payable via Paypal at the end of the LAST DAY or block of hours worked in each calendar week.

Alternative payment method: immediate CASH upon invoice.

Work done by me as your Virtual Assistant is billable in increments, the size of which will be decided between us when you retain my services. In the event of large assignments, a small retainer may be required to confirm your valid Paypal account for completion of invoicing.
